LCHF is not costly.. It is lifestyle one has to change..once one adopts LCHF lifestyle, medicines reduces substantially, lipids take deep, other complications runaway halter falter, one becomes energetic, side effects are reduced.. Many are drug free, anxiety free..Doctors hate LCHF lovers, because they know that if LCHF takes roots, their roots will be at stake..
Dear! It is not only diet and medicine. It is first cast the fear concerning the complaint it is nothing but imbalance or abnormality. Then deal with the same with our diet and needfully with medicine. An ACTIVE and CHEERFUL life is very very essential without which no cure is possible. Don't EVER think you are a patient of any kind. It is just an abnormality we are dealing with. Expectation brings Disappointment; Disappointment -Weariness, Weariness- Weakness, Weakness - Sickness. Pl don't ever have GREAT expectations and learn to take things as it comes.Be not so careful but have less care not to be careless. We have God who cares for us.
Is it really true that loss of beta cells is over 50% when one becomes diabetic... In fact in type 2, it is not that amount of insulin produced is low, but it is Insulin resistance that matters.. If beta cell function is affected how come Production of Insulin is not not affected.. Pls elaborate..
