My Wife is Diabetic since a Decade, with PPBs 300 always with Insulin intake. She Deveped Heart Trouble now .Cardiologist could not do Angiogram as her Sugar was 400 in Day time and 40 at midnight. In corporate Hospital of staying 10 days Docto tried varoious combinations os insulin, but no use.Hence NO Angiogram. Any Remedy Please.
Stop wheat and wheat products.Replace it with organic rice and millets. For breakfast take 50% CARBS and 50% vegetable protein and vegetable fat and few walnuts and Almonds.(This will bring down the surge of GI throughout the day.) Take one teaspoon of cinnamon powder along with coffee or tea or any other drinks you used to take.. Take one tea spoon of cold pressed virgin coconut oil in the morning and evening in any form. Boil a glass of water with one pinch of black pepper powder and one pinch of turmeric powder , then filter and pour one tea spoon of lemon juice in the filtered golden yellow colored liquid and drink once daily. Occasionally take a glass of water with one teaspoon of Apple cider vinegar after lunch. Walking for half an hour in the morning is a MUST. After three weeks she will get tremendous improvements and then she can continue till the health is restored. Good luck.
I guess these numbers will give you right picture of your diabetes... and will help you chalk out your strategy to fight back and bring your numbers to non diabetic level with minimum medicines.
