Eat more amount of complex carbohydrate foods with low Glycemic Index(GI). These mainly are Chana, Legumes, fruits like orange, sweet lemon etc. White bread, polished rice,carbonated drinks, pizza, dosa etc. which are high in GI should be avoided. It will automatically result in your eating less for the foods suggested take more time to digest and you do not feel hungry. Are you aware the fast foods and ready foods will make you crave for eating more. Wish you best of luck.

Loose it gradually.Your diet plays an important role along with exercise.It is like bank balance.If you put more money in the bank without withdrawing balance will increase.In your case your weight will increase if the calories you are loading do not get spent out by adequate exercise.So,examine your food intake and your exercise outtake.So,slowly adjust your food intake and exercise levels so as to reduce your weight slowly but steadily.Do not depend on chemicals or supplements.
