It is always good for diabetes to walk in morning say 2 to 3 KMS as brisk as you can.
As much as you can do. Study through research has shown that who walk 14000 steps everyday (not just walk alone, but as a way of life including brisk walk) do not get into the problem of diabetes at all. It is an indication.
I have logged 40 000 (forty thousands KMS) for the last 20 years of my diabetic t\life . About 5 to 6 kms daily. But for my walking i would have died.
I am also an diabetic patient since last October. My sugar level was 384.during October last year. I took allopathic medicine as prescribed by Doctor regularly. By December 2012 the sugar level came down to 164.I followed by strict diet restriction. Jan 2013 the medicine dosage was cut down by 50 %. From Jan to March the sugar level is between 98 to 107. But I go for daily walk for about 6-8 KMs( 9000 steps ) per day. (Approximately). Since I do not get time in the morning, I make sure to go in the evenings. One must remember that we must walk min for 45 minutes to an hour per day By doing so we will be keeping sugar level under control. We have to be careful for our diet. No sweets, No rice & its products,Green Veg, leafy vegetables like palak Mooly leaves, Methi leaves should be included in the meals. .
If we follow these guidelines, we can definitely overcome with this disease.
