I am 45, male. Due to stress my fasting sugar goes to 140 or so. Day time normal. Doc started 500 mg Cetaphin (metaformin) after dinner. Now Fasting between 95 and 110. How can I stop the medicine. I walk daily 3 kms on treadmill at 7.4 km/hr

Why stress ? It can be due to ur eating. Ur taking correct medicine. Try to reduce eating .
