I feel drouziness whole day and there remains Swallow around eyes for whole day.Whether it is due to medicine or for other reasons.

I am having Sugar level of (FS)110-115 and PPS 200-230.I take medicine -PiozMF and Zuker1 for controling Diab.Since last two months I feel drouziness (feeling to sleep) whole day and there remains Swallow around eyes for whole day.Whether it is due to medicine or for other reasons.I have taken other medicine in past for controlling Diab.but they all were not suited.Please guide me.Healthybody

Basically i am pure vegetarian and my main course lunch, dinner and even morning break fast is of chapatis with rice on week ends.

i take grapes, apple & bananas in fruits. Now if i consume less carbs,

what i should eat ? and what should i live on ?
