As a member , I appreciate you desire , prior to that you disclose , in what way you can help the person suffering from diabatic -

Is is medication ? its dose , its laboratory test report ,if any you must leave it in the blog.

Is it food supplement ?

Is it ayrvedic , homeopathic or nature pathy treatment.

Write the ingredients , composition and reason of your confidence to render help for the beneficial of the member : and in what way. ?

Since , all this are related human health , which is precious , your effort should be to reveal the same in detail .

If it is absolutely free and without any obligation , will not tempt the members , rather its usefulness , is most important .
