my diabties label is 115/180 and I m taking Metformin 1000 O.D. should i change my medicine or continue it

Your level of blood sugar after food is of higher side.
When you consumed Metformin , you must have taken ,medication by the advice of your Doctor. When your sugar level , is remaining higher after food , consult Doctor , so that he is competent only to alter or add .
Do not take any medicine on online , as it will act adversly . Take the advise of your Doctor. It is not that fatal , that you will be panic . Even then try to consult your physician.

I think your sugar levels are somewhat high,but not alarming.I would go for better diet control and increased exercise.
Eat small quantities at smaller intervals.very little rice - of everything in fact. NOrice idles/ dosa. The sugar figures are not alarmingly high. Ask yr doctor and switch to Glynase MFwhich contains Mtformin and Glypiside.The figures are not alarming.
Carry Glucose Powder always with u in a small container
