130 fasting is not in control.Your fore arm burning may not be linked to diabetes. I am not doctor but a type -2 diabatic for 20 yrs. Do you walk ? Walking an hour daily reduces ur calories around 250(?). Exercise and a small correction in diet may solve u r problem.
