Coorect advice by sweetsugaries. Your angioplasty was done to clear off the sugar cum fat combined creamed sediments (clots) in your blood vessels. Yours is a case for monitoring by Doctors and not hearsay advices on line. Good luck.

If you consume rice as thje prime food, get sona masuri .It is good in contolling sugar, a different variety of rice from ordinary.Try to change over to Wheat products , avoid fried items including poories , somasa, Bajji etc.Sun flower oil, rice bran oil and mixed oil can be used in limted quantity but not hydogenated oil like Dalda, refined oil, coconut oil or Ghee. Get green vegitables cooked duly retaining greenish thinge. If you are non veg, you can take little amount of fish. Get prescriptions for anti oxidents and consume it as directed. Your sleepless ness appears to be due to fear of ypour health conditions. There are some medications that simulate in helping you to get sleep but they are not sleeping tablets. With due guidance and suitable prescriptions, you can take them and sleep well. Quit anxieties over your future health. My brother has undergone bye pass surgery and is well. You were only treated with angioplasy thazt is less than bye pass. For the sake of God and your self don't believe touts who offer miracle cure.

Thank you very much for your advice . But in reality, i never fear for anything. Even when i visit doctors, i use to ask the god to help the doctor to find the real cause and the problem. so that he can prescribe right medicine and i can come over from the problem. . I really never fear for ailments. But sine this one eaten my entire savings i want to be bit cautious.. so what i want to know is

1- the food, fruit etc., what i can take? and the quantum.

2- what all the items that to be avoided.

3- if possible, like to have a diet chart.

i am pure vegetarian guy and so keeping the same in mind request you to suggest me the food habits and practices to be followed by me.

Your diet prescription has already been given to you in my previous remarks.Rice eater can have Sona Masuri rice, that is good for diabetes. For anxiety consult your doctor whether you can choose between Tryptomer or other anxiety relieving drugs and ask him to prescribe with details of strength, but never approach a drug store for suggestions.Don't believe in Ayurvedic miracles and touts offering 100% cure. Understand that only management and not cure is available in any medicine system for diabetes.
