Last Lipid Profile results both LDL and HDL were well within prescribed limits and results were normal. I am constantly under observation of Physicians because I am a retired Government Servant and we have facility of Central Government Health Scheme even after retirement. Thanks and I will visit Physian again next week.

although your HbA1c is 7.4 your pp is high. If you donot have any lipid abnormality one boiled egg is allowed. But u should try to reduce ur PPBS.

It is better not to take daily. I think you may take on alternate days and leave the yolk most of the times.
