Virgin and cold pressed. It does not contribute in reduction of blood sugar in anyway, but helps in correction of your lipids. Read more on Google

So far I have noticed my HDL going up. Since I did not know about the effect on diabetes and hunger, I will monitor it now.

You should reduce blood sugar by adopting diabetic diet and aerobic exercise. You should take anti-diabetic medications if FBS exceeds 126 mg/dL or higher and PPBS >200 mg/dL

A weight-control strategy might include:--

* Choosing low-fat, low-calorie foods

* Eating smaller portions

* Drinking water instead of sugary drinks

* Being physically active.

You should avoid consumption of sugar and fat (including oil) for maintaining a healthy heart.
