i am suffering from diabetic II, what are the symptoms and remedies

Diabetes can never be cured it can only be controlled. However, Ayurved and other alternate medicine claim ithat it can be cured but it is not true. There are no specific symptoms for high blood sugar. it can only be detected after laboratory blood sugar test.

There are several symptoms like excessive thirst,frequent urination,itching,injuries not healing quickly etc.If you are in doubt, go to a diagnostic lab with empty stomach and get your blood glucose level tested.It should be in the range of 70 to 110.Get another test done two hours after breakfast.The glucose level should be in the range of 120 to 140.If your readings are too high,then consult a doctor.Do not go for self medication.
