Are you insisting that accupuncture is the remedy even without diabetes profile of a patient?

It is a remedy for diabetes control too.

Take your medicines regularly, walk for 40 minutes a day, add turmeric powder to your diet.

Take quarter teaspoon of the cinnamon powder with lukewarm water, anytime of the day, and check your sugar levels after a month.

I presume that you have mentioned Glimepride and Diamicron (gliclazide) If so both are of the same group and their combination will be of No sue. You may try diamicron and Metformin 850 twice daily with addition of vogltor0.2 all just before meals. But I would suggest that you consult a reputed diabetologist for your condition and check your diabetes profile completely as may be directed by him before proceeding further.

I am a sugar patient since 2000

Your Sugar Level is extemely on higher side. You should start an insulin after consulting your doctor.

High sugar leads to many complications such as weakness, sex problem, frequent urine and many more

Your doctor prabably ask for "six month sugar test" which would shows that you require insulin or not.
