I am diabetic two since last 3 years. My BS n PP was 90 & 107 resp. & HbA1c was 5.5. I am not taking any tablet & controlling by diet etc.

Your BS levels are near normal levels. What is your current diet? There is lot of information about LCHF diet on this forum. Specifically search on this forum for member medfree's posts.

1. Avoid direct sugar

2. Balance food including wheat, rice & green salad etc

3. Control weight within range

4. Daily warmup +lome lome for 10 min.
