We’d really like people to share their experiences of diabetes. Perhaps you've found solutions to problems that may help other people. Perhaps you've tried a new diet, or exercise that could be of huge benefit to someone else.
Or perhaps, if you write down your own experience, someone might read it and then make a comment that will help you for the future
So! Get blogging……

At some point of time, Dieting alone may not be enough to keep control of Diabetes. One may need drusgs for control of diabetes.Don't try to Doctor your own disorder.Always take help from professional Doctor,I mean a Diabetologist and also regular exercise.
It is not the question of being Doctor for your own disorder. Diabetes is such condition where the patient has to be himself aware about the various aspects and he knows much better than doctor as to what affects him and in what way. This is true fore Diet, Exercise and various psychological and social aspects of the disease. The Diabetologist role is in respect of the medicines to be prescribed that too in full consultation and knowledge of patient. The Doctors do trial and error with diabetes and prescribe and fix medicines and its frequency and dose after some trial and error, of course the patient has role in it. The diabetes has to be managed primarily by patient himself and his role is prime. I think all of you will agree with this.
