i am having type 1 diabetes ..which exercise i should do ?

There are no hard and fast rules. Some people try to walk two times a day for half an hour, other people do yoga - for an hour or so. Aim to do an hour a day in total of exercise that raises your heart rate. Even walking raises your heart rate enough. If you do this you have to persist. There is no good saying after 1 week: 'Oh - I see no change- Im stopping.' you have to carry on for 6 weeks, or 8 weeks. then you will surely see the difference. But remember if you do 1 hour a day you may need to eat a little more...
