30 minutes is good. Did your doctor say to walk that amount twice a day?

That’s good. I thought he would have you start slowly with the foot sensitivity issue.

my case is just the opposite, my feet are hypersensitive. my big toes are calloused but very sensitive, stepping on uneven ground feels painful not only to the skin but also to the bones, type 2, HbA1c 6-7% for the last 5 yr

Me too, alwaysoptimistic . I have been used to wearing slippers inside the home and other footwear when I go out. This started after I moved to Bangalore which was very, very cold 40 years ago. As a result, I find it difficult to walk on bare gronud and my feet hurt when I walk on uneven ground.

HI,

HbA1C is 90 day average therefore if you do A1c test other times it may not help you.

I do my test every 6 months.

Cold floors!!, in UK few areas are cold in Winter, this helps to feel the cold in the feet. In summer out side drive area can be hot, this change in condition do help me to feel what is going on in my feet.
