Withania coagulans (Hindi: Paneer phool पनीरफूल, Sanskrit: Rishyagandha) is a plant in the Solanaceae or nightshade family, It is said to be useful in managing Diabetes. Experience of how it worked/didn’t work may please be shared.

It works well but it causes heavy constipation.

Harish2068 ,Please let us know how it worked well for you. How many times in a day did you had this herb and for how long? Did you see a drop in HbA1c after this try? Could you please elaborate?
