Protein in the blood could predict Type 2 Diabetes years before it develops. 💙

Hi everyone,

This is interesting research and done on a large scale in Sweden which has found that a precursor to developing Type 2 Diabetes is the protein follisatin which’s produced in the liver.

This has lots of potential to help prevent Type 2 Diabetes from manifesting itself by alerting people to what could be coming their way as weight reduction with plenty of exercise and also with a healthy diet can prevent it before it starts.
