Hi everyone,

November is your month and people have to be aware that they have diabetes before they can manage it so it’s imperative people all over the world check out their risk factor and diagnosis as it is what it is we cannot help our medical issues, I’m a coeliac and that’s genetic so we have to learn to accept this and make the best choices for us.

There are lots of resources for treating and even reversing diabetes so it’s in everyone’s best interest to be open about having diabetes and the importance of controlling it and encouraging everyone to know their risk status to diabetes.

So here’s a link about the awareness month and there’s an interesting article on how many in diagnosed diabetic there are in the US so it’s a problem faced across the world. 🌍
