In continuation to my previous post, I am pleased to post the screen shot of my Liver & Kidney function test result ..

My Heart was extremely happy with a Whole plant Diet. Both my Liver and Kidney joined my Heart to rejoice. It appears my Kidney is on overdrive, since the Road is clean without any obstacles ! 🙂

Thanks Prakash for your kind words! After so many types of Diet trial, now at least I feel I am on the right track..

Like everybody, till date I was treating my blood Sugar only ...the focus was to reduce blood sugar.

But diabetes is a condition which you need to treat all other inter-related parameters along with blood sugar...

I was looking for a diet, which would treat all 7 parameters of diabetic conditions and I find there is only one diet ..

I am happy that now I have reached at the solution which gives substantial improvement in all the parameters

(1) Normalize BP with out medication.

(2) Normalize body weight

(3) Heart, Kidney, Liver - Normalize lipids, Kidney function & Liver without medications

(4) Normalize Blood sugar

(5) inflammation measured in hsCRP

(6) Minimise Blood sugar fluctuation

(7) Sound sleep for 6-7 hours
