Coronavirus NHS advice

Hi everyone,

As this is in the news every day with how it's spreading and affecting our lifestyles which is worrisome, it is however a very fragile virus so we can protect ourselves to some degree with simple precautions and hygeine.

My opinion is the healthier we eat the better regardless so our bodies are more resilient to infections.
