Most of the members are having code names instead of real names which is confusing as to their gender.....I mean we don't know with whom we are talking...m'am or Sir..

Hi kamtadale ,

Using Usernames instead of off-line names is a safer way to protect yourself and the other members. This is the same as why it's not safe to post phone numbers and/or e-mail/regular addresses in postings/comments. Someone can try and steal the information to make it look the real person when it isn't. No one wants that to happen. Hope this helps. :-)

Hi, Many of the Forum members state their sex under their profile details. I know what you mean though and it is always nice to know if you are replying to either a he or she.
