Further to my blog.....the quantity of wheat can be increased upto 10 kg while other items remains same after you have your sugar under control.After couple of months, proportions can be adjusted as per your fbs/ppbs readings.

What do you mean by increasing quantity of wheat to 10kg? Did not get you clearly.

When your fbs/ppbs become stable,you can increase the quantity of wheat gradually from 5kg to 10 kgs keeping other ingredients same i.e barley 1 kg,black gram 1kg and soyabean 1/2 kg
