My blood Urea

My blood urea is coming higher than the range for quiet some time now. Is going about 60 to 65 as against prescribed range of up to 43. Request kindly advise on the same and some fooding habits to change, pls. Thanks

What is the unit of measurement?

"Results of the blood urea nitrogen test are measured in milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL) in the United States and in millimoles per liter (mmol/L) internationally. In general, around 7 to 20 mg/dL (2.5 to 7.1 mmol/L) is considered normal."
