Obviously, your feet are not getting the required blood supply. A specialist doctor can measure the sensitivity of your feet and pinpoint what is not normal. It may not be due to diabetes which causes loss of sensitivity and pain or burning sensation.Maybe, you should visit a skin doctor before the problem gets more severe.

You need to see a specialist soon, this is to check your blood, foot and eyes.

Karnataka diabitology institute has facility for all tests related to diabetics. Foot, eye, diet neuro and ofcourse endocrinology all available under one roof. One has to go very early before 7am take tooken and wait . It opens at 830am. And according to token number you will be called and send to a diabetologist and he seek what ever the tests ,first go to eye and foot test rooms write your name & register and then go for blood extraction for fasting and lipids, liver and whatever other test for first timers. After blood extraction just behind that building on the first floor of Jayadeva OPD you can have breakfast and wait for to give Pp blood. Meanwhile go and get eye and leg tests. Follow remaining procedures as they direct. Charges are according to income. You will not feel that it is Govt Karnataka establishment no less than any private hightec hospital only drawback is you have to wait for your turn for every test they go by your token number and listing first come first servef basis.
