Try Religare Health Insurance and Tata-AIG because they have coverage for pre-existing diseases for overseas travel but to a certain percentage of the sum insured. So, I would expect that they will have coverage for health insurance within the country. You can fill in the details for getting a quote online and they will contact you. The premium will be a little more expensive.
