Is Aloe Vera juice effective in controlling blood sugar? Any body having personal experience?

People with diabetes who use glucose-lowering medication should be cautious if also taking aloe orally because aloe may lower blood glucose levels.

Yes.In my personal experience Aloe vera helps to control high blood glucose. I am diabetic for the last 29 years and is insulin dependent.
