Keto isn’t for everyone, but it can have some impressive health benefits in those who follow it.

Just one caveat; these positive benefits are providing that the diet is well-researched and undertaken in a healthy way.

Perhaps one more point could have been added by the author as follows:

People make a mistake by not eating fiber mainly because people tend to eat mostly fat which does not have fiber. All Keto diet such as Egg, fish, meat, dairy , coconut oil, ghee, bitter, olive oil etc have zero fiber.

Soluble and insoluble Fibre is essential for the body for the gut bacteria , production of SCFA, helps elimination / prevention of constipation.

Therefore one need to eat consciously fiber from vegetables and keto seeds like flax and chia. Or else people should take Isabogol supplements.
