Vegetarians seem to be at a disadvantage,because other than sunlight and mushrooms,there are no good sources of dietary vitamin D.Please someone share some advise about this issue.

Only 20mins exposure to sun produces 20000IU vitamin D3 inside body.

Good quality vitamin d is D3 which is thrice more effective than the artificial D2.
