Not only air pollution, but water, noise, dust and light pollution have a direct and deleterious effects on diabetics.Loss of sleep, itching, stomach disorders, uneasiness, stress etc throw all our diabetes management plans out of gear.My personal experience has shown that until I tackled the issues of breathing problem and sleeplessness diabetes could not be properly managed.
