Diabetic patients have previously been shown to be more susceptible to air pollution–induced cardiovascular morbidity and mortality.
Not only air pollution,but water,noise,dust and light pollution have a direct and deleterious effects on diabetics.Loss of sleep,itching,stomach disorders,uneasiness,stress etc throw all our diabetes management plans out of gear.My personal experience has shown that until I tackled the issues of breathing problem and sleeplessness diabetes could not be properly managed.
It has a lot to do with what you put in your mouth....... coffeeday is on a different planet.
