Hi

Thank you for replying

I am aware of the efects of healthy living and eating balanced diet fat protien and carbs ratio from study 3 , 7 , 9 grams in 100 gr of food and only limiting to redused intake min sugar little or no alcohol

My question is what effec has the advertised Veda type 2 diet

They claim that using coconut oil and various herbs with a normal healthy diet can reverse the effects of and type 2 diabetics

My thoughts exactly

Referi g to 3.i,9

The amount of carbohydrits in food is avaliable usualy on the label / 100gr So is fat and protien the advice that i refer to said for woemen to consume 3 × the amounts so 3×3=9 gr of fat 21 gr protien and 27 gr of carbs anc men 4× l have tried to use that as a start point

A professor Tim Noaks is in trouble for advicing people to eat more fats and protien than the acceptable ratios

Personely i agree with him to eat much less carbs to lower blood suger

Yes that's what we need always n all times.

Keep minimum pressure on the pancreas so that it can get enough time to recover beta cells.

As a vet3eran I use the VA for my type 2 diabetes. In their classes they state many small meals during the day to even out the glucose levels. Small meals is the key!! Everything we eat has a certain amount of carbs although some are almost negligible!! Six protein bars a day is better than two big meals which really spike the glucose twice a day say over two hundred at a time!!!!

The magic words in that report are "may be"!!! So that means a theory not facts!! Typical reporting by leftists!!! Means gossip only!!

I've been able to control my numbers better on two or three meals a day verses the 6-8 small snacks and meals a day. Of course the meal's need proper time spaced to be effective. Went back to basics. Stay away from refined and poly whatever's. Whatever works best for you.
