Have you consulted with your doctor about the possibility of being insulin resistant? Did he/she say something in the last appointment you had recently? What are your blood sugars for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Are you counting carbs for each meal and/or snack? Are you type 1, 1.5 (LADA) or 2?

Yes. a GTT was done and I had 263mg/dl after the test. My FBS is 140. I wanted to know a little bit in detail regarding insulin resistant. More with the word resistant. Thanks for your questions.
