Thanks rvmasalvad for sharing. These information should be addressed widely to people in the community especially those who are not diabetic or have potential to become prediabetic or Type 2. I do hope these people will be more alert of diabetic signs & factors that could lead them into the so-called "Insulin Resistance". The preventative advice in these slides are great but it's all up to the individuals how will they act responsibly.

By the way, I've never known that early giving Medformin to younger people who have high risk to become diabetic could prevent or delay the onset of being diabetic. After all, Diabetes Awareness has an important role to play.
