I did the CHBHC course of IGNOU scoring 88% marks. This is a low end medical education.

Certificate in Home Based Health Care (CHBHC) is a six month duration course. Minimum qualification required for admission is 10th standard pass. No age bar. Admission fee is Rs.2000/- and examination fee Rs.200/-.
