Hi my sugar fasting is 116 and PP is 128 and HBA1C test its 6.8 to 7.2 I do not take any kind of medicine just Diet control reduce weight

Should I go for medicine or just control diet and do exercise ?

You can avoid medicines for the time being.You improve your condition by slight reduction in weight,eating low or medium glycemic index foods,moderating portion sizes during each meal and increasing physical activity.But more importantly,keep monitoring sugar levels regularly.

No need to take any allopathic medicine. Your sugar level is in good condition. But You can take Himalaya diabecon ds tabs as precaution. It helped me lot for lowering my pp sugar level.

If you are talking about one lab report for FBS and PPBS then it is of no use. Regular home testing is needed

Hba1c is on higher side and if these nos. are consistent then you need some medicines.

What is your diet ?

Still stringent dietary measures. Learn and practice lchf keto range diet and probably you won't need drugs ever. But strict low carb below 50 g per day. You will have to map your diet to know the amounts of c/p/f you are taking. A1c high.

With fasting 116 and pp 128, you should not have such high HbA1c. May be because HbA1c reflects past three months average and your current blood sugar levels have improved. In that case, it should be possible to control your conditions with diet and exercise. You should monitor your blood sugar regularly to see your diet and exercise are having the desired results. Go for low carb approach and lose some weight if over weight.

Some strict diet regime is required.No medicine at present.follow lchf diet along with morning walk ,yoga .Please measure at least once in a week in home.Note down in notebook and see which food is suiting you for better diabetic management.Thanks
