Self-discipline and self-control is significant for diabetics when it comes to how well the person control his/her BSL especially those who do it naturally with diet and exercise. You need to be strong and eat the right foods that will not spike your BS too much. Remember whenever we suffer from any complications due to hyperglycemia, we will definitely suffer alone. Our family and friends who are not diabetic will not share all sort of complications and illnesses. Your diet should have 30% calories less than required. Maintain ketogenic ratio 4:1. Also plot the macros intake on a chart. Only then you will be able to know how much macros you are taking.
