Very educative and useful post,indeed long awaited.Hopefully,these recommendations will percolate down to the level of clinics on the field.But,it is unlikely any time soon.I hope somebody will come out with a ready to refer matrix that will correlate age,life expectancy,existing complications and recommended Aic target levels.Will be a boon for patients to educate themselves.
