Has your doctor put you on any medications or just exercise with diet? Has your doctor talked to you about carb counting for every meal and/or snack?

Excercise cycling is best and then weight lifting start with light weight

Drink water after every urine so that ur dehydrated

Add fenugreek seed in your diet
