I am 65 and diabetic I have took so many treatment but the cannot control my sugar level. Now I am on insuline what shall I do?

I am 66, diabetic for 25 years, my sugar, lipids, BP etc are perfectly normal... A1c is 5.7 for several months, and medicines are very few like minimum dose of

If your sugar level are high. What should you do ? Eat more sugar ? You have the choice Exercise also helps.

What is the sugar level after Insulin. You need to readjust Insulin to keep Sugar level in control.
