The cost of insulin pump is equivalent of purchasing a car. If the instrument goes faulty, more insulin will be pumped in to your body causing hypoglycemia. If less insulin is pumped, you will have hyperglycemia. Purchase the same according to your discretion.

how are you injecting insulin now? Any disadvantage found?
It depends how you are doing with shots,of shots are giving good results then why go to pump.
