You are having FBS of 225 even after being diabetic for 20 yrs means that whatever you are doing now is not at all working.I think it is time to rethink about your method of managing diabetes.Firstly,update and revise your knowledge about diabetes.Contemplate changing your diet habits,exercise schedules,lifestyle and medication.Diabetes needs attention from a doctor who specializes on the subject.You should not continue like this and allow diabetic complications to manifest,because that will be a heavy price to pay .

Gliclazide (generic name) Cyblex M 80 mg (brand name) is an anti-diabetic medication used to treat diabetes mellitus type 2. It is used when dietary changes, exercise, and weight loss are not enough. Nurokind D3 Tablet is composed of the following active ingredients (salts): Mecobalamin, Alpha-Lipoic Acid, Pyridoxine, Folic Acid, Vitamin D3. It is used for vitamin d deficiency, pain in extremities, neuropathic pain in diabetes patients, high cholesterol, decrease in muscle mass, poor diet and other conditions.

Rosuvastatin is used together with diet, weight-loss, and exercise to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke and to decrease the chance that heart surgery will be needed in people who have heart disease or who are at risk of developing heart disease. Rosuvastatin is also used to decrease the amount of cholesterol such as low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol ('bad cholesterol') and triglycerides in the blood and to increase the amount of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol ('good cholesterol') in the blood.
