Hi everyone. Can you please tell me if you feel tired/feeling sleepy? Then, does it mean the blood sugars are either high or low?

What can a person do to overcome this problem? Kindly share your solution.

Whenever you feel tired or sleepy, test for blood sugar immediately. The result will tell you if bs is high or low.

Test and see. Often tiredness with increased urination, increased thirst indicate a high BS.

A low BS is often accompanied by reduced concentration, cold sweat, dizziness.

The above symptoms are indicative, best to test your BS and know for sure. You should be able to know your symptoms and body responses of high or low
