Drink a lot of water and cut down on protein.

Get your Urine test done for microalbumin, creatinine etc

I get foamy urine when my sugars are more than 250 range. So be careful and bring down the levels

Indications of high Blood sugar. Get your urine tested for Sugars, albumin and creatinine. 24 urine test
