folks! my reply to naninan: I take cow urine at regular intervals, albeit not daily; it has excellent results provided one avoids temptations towards sweet stuff; also auto/own urine drinking beneficial; avoid first few ml of own urine, middle portion good, avoid last portion too; God bless us all with good health!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am diabetic for last seventeen years. I have experience with my own urine. It does helps. But the methods should be different than the usual.

1. First you must bring down your sugar level to normal by taking medicines and exercises. unless the sugar level is normal, the urine will test sweet and recycling it will be bad for you. So you must have a blood sugar machine with you to measure its level before taking the potion.

2. Avoid first urine in the morning if you have to take medicines before going to sleep or after food.

3. Take the clear urine urine always.

4. Follow the diabetic diet strictly during this period. After 20/25 days you will know the difference and may have to reduce your doses of medicines.

This is my own experience and effectiveness of this therapy depends on individuals.
