Previously, my sugar level was 120-180. Recently, it was 200-300.

Please advise on what diet i should add and should not.

Please start taking Moringa leave powder in your dinner and breakfast , it is a good remidy to reduce the Fasting and PP levels . I myself is taking every day and see lots of improvement

Or

any company is manufacturing and selling the powder.
