In order to start having a healthier lifestyle my first step. I cleaned out my Kitchen cupboards last night. Last night my overeating. Enough is enough. It was the hardest thing to do in my comfort zone.! But the money saved from buying junk food I can buy something nice for myself. I need to work on temptations and feeling better.

Oh good for you Wadestreet! That is so,so hard to do but it is cathartic and you will feel great having taken that big step. Spring is just around the corner, a new start for the natural world and a new start for you also. I love you for what you have done and admire your courage.xxx
