IME 9 and BGR 34 are not effective according to many people in this forum.

You are running at high blood sugar.

Cut the carb and add natural fat to your diet.Also,be physically active.

Remember-Diet and life style are keys of diabetes management.

Check KFT, Liver parameters and HbA1c from a reputed lab and consult a good diabetologist immediately.

Then work on carbohydrate control / medicine reduction etc
