I heard that in Ayurveda combination of nelavemu, teppateega & podapatri herbs completely cure diabetes. Is this correct ? If so what is the dosage for above 52 years age ?

I also believe in herbal power.
But the more I read the more I come to know that there is no cure for type 2 diabetes as of now of for all the types of diabetes
It can only be controlled. I keep reading modern medicines and also ayurvedic ones.
My conclusions:
Control your Diet ( LCHF is a good one to adapt to)
Don't take unknown medicines as we are not aware what it contains
Ayurveda also says that diabetes or Mahdumeha as its called is only controllable and not curable
Many so called ayurvedic practitioners and sellers are dubious and out to make quick money. We can loss money as well as our kidneys thru renal damage
Take these herbs prepared at home.
Eg karela + amla fresh juice. Aloe Vera juice. Wheat grass power. Jamun seed powder. Ginger+ raw haldi juice etc.
Buy individually and mix it and use.
The best part of these herbs that I can increase insulin sensitivity and may possible rejuvenate pancreas but cannot cure. Only diet will work.
Buy a blood sugar meter at home and do frequent testing at home to arrive at a good response to foods which does not spike more that 140 at 1 hr after meals
Stop searching for cure instead search for ways to control your blood sugar.
Even vegan diet will not work for long
Arrive at a good diet which u can have daily.

You will be a lot happier and healthy with the variety of foods you can have which are low carb and also enjoy all the high fat foods which we were afraid.
Good luck.
sir, I also searched about that herbals, and using results end the end of this month, any how it takes 6,7 months to work, but one this I would like to say u confidently, when I was diagnosed d2, had been on eng medicines, and at the same time I have started homeopathy too, who is an allopathy doctor, practicing both. He told me don't discontinue allopathy medicines, while using homeopathy, it takes time, that only he told me, but not promised me to cure, but surprisingly after, 7 months my blood test reports are. Fbs 80, after eating 3 idly. 72, I was neglected his words and stopped homeopathy again my sugar level shooted 300 of course I did not checked even once in the past now again I started allopathy and homeopathy with the same doctor and I said my apology to him. I am very much hopeful on his treatment, vaidyo Narayana hari
A couple of years ago, I was diagnosed with insulin resistance. That is a condition which means that your body produces enough insulin, but is unable to use it effectively to lower glucose levels. The result is elevated insulin and blood glucose levels.
This is what my labs looked like two years ago:
fasting blood glucose mg/dL 101 (ref 70-105)
fasting insulin 23.9 uU/mL (ref 2.6-24.9)
HbA1c 40 mmol/mol (ref 20-40)
My doctor wanted me on Metformin (500 mg x 3). I preferred to try natural remedies first. For the past year, I have been taking Diabecon and Hyponidd (two capsules of each before each main meal, so a total of six of each daily) half an hour before main meals, as well as Swanson's Berberine Complex with Cinnamon, Gymnema & Fenugreek (one capsule with each main meal). These are my latest labs (from last week):
fasting blood glucose 82 (ref 70-105)
fasting insulin 9.5 (ref 2.6-24.9)
HbA1c 32 mmol/mol (20-42)
During this time, I have lost 15 kilograms, without dieting.
But, of course, I was not diabetic to begin with...
what iis the botanical name of podapatri. Thippatheega known as tinaspora is good in` general for the liver and spleen.
Even lchf also does he same , namely managing but not curing.
